relay on left side in front of radiator?

Can anybody tell me what the relay on the left side of the bike, just ahead of the radiator is for? I discovered it is smashed open and want to replace it. Everything seems to work except the brake lights and the high beam. So another question would be where is the brake light relay? These are the last two niggles before the RC is back on the road. Any info helps. Thanks everybody.

99% sure it's the high beam relay. Try and download the service manual, it was pretty useful when I was removing things like that on my track bike.

ron ayers / local dealership / rc51parts.com, pretty sure it's an inexpensive part. (Most of the relays on the bike are actually the same part #)

Most (but not all) of the relays are the same as the headlight relay, which makes troubleshooting a bit easier.

Thanks guys, I was on ronayers.com and couldn't find the headlight relay on the wiring harness diagram they have. So I am at a loss as far as what to do. Do you guys know what the part # is? Also, is there a relay for the break lights? If so, where is it? Thanks for any info.

As the relays are all the same, it shows up as a "Starter Relay" part no. 38501-GN2-014

As far as I can tell from the service manual, there is no relay for the brake lights. There is one fuse which feeds the turn signals, front and rear brakes, and the horn. If the horn, the signals, and the brake lights don't work, the fuse would be my first guess. Then move on to the front brake switch, then the rear brake switch. It would be pretty strange (though not impossible)that both switches would go at the same time.
