01 wont start

After seeing my bike a friend of mine went and bought an 01 two days ago. I asked how he liked it yestaerday and he said he let a buddy ride around the block and the guy dropped it at ~5mph and now it wont start. It was dropped on the right side. It turns over but wont fire. He said the FI light blinked twice which i looked up and could be a loose MAP sensor vacuum tube. I told him to check that and all the ground wires....I was wondering if there are any particular areas he should look at that are common for loose ground, etc. Thats really all the info I have, he is in Iowa and Im in Delaware so i cant look at it myself. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

Does the fuel pump prime when the key switched is on?
It may be a problem with the bank angle switch.
The BAS should have activated if laid down.

Unless you know there were no FI codes prior to the incident, you can't be sure the indicated code is current.

The ECU stores any codes it has encountered in the past. So it would be best to clear the current code(s) and see if any new ones reappear.

It sounds a little sketchy to me bro, the only way to clear the code is to fix the sensor or system associated with the code. He may of just busted a sensor or something also.
