anyone out there who've owned the RC more than 5 years?

Yeah, I bought mine sight unseen back in late spring/early summer of 2000. Still love it, although I don't ride it as often as I should (13k miles).

Bought my '03 new in '04 and after modifying and dialing in the suspension, she's a dream to ride!

I purchased mine in 2006 with 11.000 mikes on it and it now has 38.000 ! Its been a great bike and i like that its not on every corner !

Got mine in the spring of 2000, and have about 25,000 miles. It's still a great bike.

Bought the first year, 2000 model in April of 2000. Currently have 38K on the odometer. Just replaced left radiator which had a pinhole leak. Been relatively trouble free, its a frickin' HONDA.
The new power bikes out there, BEEMER and KAWI, and others are wonderful and amazing, but there's something special about the RC and that wonderful boom from the SATO's. Wonderful music, beats a screaming inline four in my book anytime.
