2000 rc51

Hey,
the rc51 has always been my dream bike, until recently I could not afford to own one. I have an opportunity to purchase a 2000 with 23K on it. What do you guys think? It has a jardine 2 into 1 pipe (which I hate) is there anything that I should look for when I am checking this bike out? I have owned I4's my entire life, except for an SV650S. I know this is a honda, but I have see alot of 996 superhawks that simple don't run after about 25K. Doesn't the superhawk have the same motor as the RC51? What do you guys think? asking 3800 obo....let me know, any input is appreciated, Thanks.

If properly maintained, 25K miles is nothing to these bikes.

Any bike if properly maintained will last a good long time.
Likewise, even the finest machine on earth will fail quickly without proper maintenance.

Mine has 20,400 and runs as strong as I could hope for. No issues when maintained and cleaned. I'm confident I'll get another 25k, probably more.
There is a thread here about how many miles on your RC51. You might check that.
