Tailight issues

hey guys, ive been having tailight issues for some time now.I justrecently switch to a led bulb and it just blew on me after about a day. Now i researched and only found one other topic about this. Is it because of the tightness? should i have it barely tight? or do i may have another issue going on

Do you still have the OEM flasher unit installed. Mine didn't work so well with traditional bulbs in the rear, and Proton LED's in the front. Cycle gear sells a flasher unit that will work perfectly with LED's mixed with traditional bulbs. Or all LED's. It costs about $20 and just plugs right in, replacing the old flasher.
