The gear ratio is stock I think. Rear gear has a 40 stamped on it and of course till I take a few things off I cannot tell what the front is. After reading alot of gear ratio posts on here I just need support for my plan. -1 front and +1 rear. I plan to combine short spirited rides on the street with some open private track nights with buddies. Been a couple of years since I was on the track and do not want to increase my risk of too much low end torque and do a high side cause this amateur over twisted the throttle. In stock setup it seems articles indicate the bike is fairly forgiving of that maneuver. My old F3 gave me plenty of warning if I grabbed too much throttle too early and I like that. (F3 got buried at the Tail of the Dragon! It proudly displays a part on the tree of shame, ok, not so proudly but its there.)
Thanks guys, man I love these owners forums!
