PC3 vs 2?

I have a PC2 (not installed), but have only seen PC3r on the forums for the most part... can someone explain what they do? Why do I want to get one? what will change with all the mods and aftermarket exhaust?

Not quite familiar with the PCII, but the difference of the PCIIIr over the older PCIII was the ability to modify ignition timing for each cylinder.
The PCIIIr has a connector that interspaces itself between the pulse generator output to the ECU, similar to how the PCIIIr interspaces between the ECU and injectors.

The newer PCIIIUSB did away with the ignition timing connectors and only modifies fuel mixture.
Also the PCIIIUSB has twice the sample rate of the older units.
