Oh man...
Bad news.
I guess it's beyond a slide hammer/gear puller?

The bearing is a 6200 type, which is 10mm I.D. x 30mm O.D. x 9mm Width.

That doesn't give much room to work, but I wonder if you can use a dremel tool with a cutting disk to very carefully make cuts into the race and to allow breaking it apart.

Either that or a bearing puller attachment with slide hammer that can expand to grip the inner race portion and pull the bearing.

You shouldn't have to cut all the way through the race. Only enough to weaken it. Bearing steel is hard, but brittle.
Be very careful not to cut too deep and into the case. Then the game's over.
You may be able to make a pie segment cut and be able to tap on the outer edge with a punch and hammer to shatter the race.
