Your best bet is to give Dan Kyle a call (Kyle Racing) and see what he recommends.

You can check Race Tech's site and order springs from them.
The OEM spring rate is 1.0 Kg/mm.
You might need 1.1 Kg/mm.

Why do them twice?? Since they are apart, spend the few extra $$$ and have them re-valved while they are apart.

Let us know what you think. I'm getting mine rebuilt with ohlins this winter, they are definitely the weak point when you ride hard and are 200 ish.
