The wait is over! (Well sort of)

Hi guys!

Just wanted to share my pride!

A couple of days ago i finally received my RC, which I've been waiting for about 7-8 months for! For the last couple of days I've been spending my time washing and polishing it.

She's stock, the way I like her, except I'll probably get a hugger, new exhaust and power commander. Other then that I'll keep the rear end and turn indicators and all that. I like my bikes pretty stock. It also has red instead of grey wings, something the previous owner got painted.

Its an 03 with 7700 miles on it.

Here she is

On the last picture you can see why the wait still isnt over. Thats the downside of living that far up north!

What do you guys think? Can I join the club with all you cool guys?

That thing looks clean. Nice score man. I like the red.
Welcome aboard.

Oh and just FYI we've all said just a few mods and I'm done. $10k later and we're still looking for the next mod These things are as fun to mod as they are to ride.

Thanks guys

After lurking the forums for quite a while, I've gathered that owning an RC can be quite a costly affair- because of mods of course.

I've been looking a hlins, but jeez what a price. I'll have to win something first I think..

If you're already looking for Ohlins, it's to late for you. Wave bye-bye to your wallet.

They respond well with those, smoother power.
Has the forks been reworked? The sticker on the outer tube makes me ask.
