Does anyone have this exhaust, it very close to tail section, any issues with melting or discoloring of tail section

This exhaust is defunct and is to be avoided if any are left in existence.

Tale a look at the Ladybird products on eBay or contact SimonKobe, he is a vendor here that sells LB products.
