Best Bar Ends?

When I bought my bike it had some crappy bar ends on it, they were small and weighed next to nothing. I grabbed a set off an old bike that worked and threw them on but after about 30-45 mins of riding my right hand goes completely numb, and then shortly after my left hand will. I was wonder what bar ends you guys used. I know it really isn't that big of a deal but I don't really have the money for a damper at the moment and I really want to cut down on some of this vibration. If it was every 3-4 hours they went numb I wouldn't be too worried but its terribly annoying after 30-45 mins of riding.

Thanks in advance!

I only have plastic end plugs in my bars. No weights.
I've have no had problems with the vibration, just the bar angle.
And that was corrected with adjustable clip-ons.

^^^Those are pretty nice looking. By chance are they a larger circumference / thicker than OEM? I'd like a grip a little larger, anyone else think that?

those look pretty nice....I don't want to go with clip ons though....I like the stock bar location and what not....rides fine with me...and yeah a little vibration is ok....but 30 mins of riding and my whole hand goes numb is just unacceptable!

You must squeeze the tank with your legs and this all goes away. Your hands go numb because you are using your hands to support you too much.

A Stomp grip can help you with this too by helping to keep your legs from sliding around the tank so much.
