Brake Pads

I ordered a set of these Voltar Pads for my rc....I didn't really do any research on the pads I just grabbed a cheap set for now. I think it was about 18 shipped for the whole bike. Not too shabby. Neways I got them in and what not, the look decent but I doubt they are going to be worth a flip on anything but the street. I was just wondering if anyone else has run these pads and how they compare to a stock set. Also what do you guys recommend for a higher end pad. I run EBC yellow stuff on most of my race cars but I haven't done much research on the bike pads. From the little I have most people seem not to like them though, apparently not enough initial bite when you hit the brakes. Thoughts?

Double H pads are what I have used in the past. They do the job for street duty. Keep is posted on the performance of the Voltar pads please

I've used EBC HH and CarboneLorraine xbk5. The EBC's were ok, same as stock I think. But one thing I didn't like: unless you were braking aggressively, the EBC's always squealed when it was about 80 degrees outside. I thought the CL's were a better pad. And they didn't squeal when in that certain temperature range. . Another thing, they have a ceramic lining on the entire back surface, and I think that helps with heat dissipation.
