I guess I just want to confirm I screwed it up...sigh

I replaced the rear pads on the rc a few days ago, afterwards I had no pedal of course. I did a few things, bled it by hand, then a vacuum bleeder with a compressor, then cracked the front, then rear banjo's. It works now, but its still not right. It seems kind of odd too, when I press the brake, I can see the piston come out and squeeze the pads, but when I let off the pistons tucks back into the caliper like a turtle head going back into its shell. Its like its creating reverse vacuum somehow on the piston. It won't seat all the way against the pad unless its pressed. I am thinking that the slave cyclinder might need rebuilding, I can feel a slight pop if I hit the brake really hard coming from the slave area. It was a lot more present when I first started bleeding it, when it built pressure it kind of went away. But now when I hit the brake it is really soft and if I hit it hard enough it goes all the way down and doesn't lock the back tire, but just kinda creeps the bike to a slow stop. Before with stock pads, it would lock the back tire with barely any force, maybe a quarter push on the pedal. So im thinking I blew out the slave. What ya think?

Still has air in it...do it by hand and do not let the resevoir go empty.(The rear) How far did you "crack" the banjos?? Those are suppose to be one time use only. (For safety) If there is a big recess in one, air could slip through too.
