I think I fried my ECU

Hey guys, new to the forum. Just picked up my Sp2 yesterday. Former moto mech turned naval nuclear reactor operator.
I decided to strip the bike down today and go through her. In doing so I found some nasty wiring, and some broken. Along the way two wires touched that would be a turn signal power wire and the BARO sensor wire(O/W and Y/R). The rear of the bike made some ticking noises and now the bike is throwing FI codes 1,7,8,9, and 10. Also if I touch the wires together again the fan kicks on and the bike will start and run but won't idle.
Regardless, the fuel pump won't prime.
I'm in a shitty situation, and hoping maybe some of you fellows can help.
Cheers!

Correction. My fuel pump does prime when my fan is on.
FI turns off when my kill switch is in the kill position, not sure if that's normal or not.
Disconnected the PC3, no change.
