Dyno Time

Spent my afternoon at Schnitz Racing with the 'ol girl on the dyno...the LB GP exhaust sound very mean but also help in the performance column after tuning.

Here is a teaser:

All of the results are going to be emailed to me Monday along with a copy of the map.

I have yet to test this on the butt dyno but will post up once I get a chance to ride....it rained most of the way up to Ft Wayne and just as I got home.

For those of you weasels waiting in line for a copy of the map, shoot me a pm with your email and I can send you a copy. Use this at your own risk! (That's for the lawyers in the crowd )

Funny how it dips in torque from 2500 to 3000 and then another little dip between 5000 and 6000. I'm not knowledgeable at all reading dyno charts: is that normal?
I know not to expect any pulling power at 2500-3000 rpm, but I was just wondering why it dips for a minute...

Schnitz spent some time on it to smooth that out and that is the result. It runs nice through all the rev ranges that count.

He never heard of Ladybird exhaust and was impressed with the quality and performance.

Well the paperwork is cool, and good to know that A/F is optimal.
But like you said, it's the butt dyno that needs to be impressed for guys like us who are not professional racers.
