Power Commander compatibility

I tried to do a search, but no one else seems to have asked this... so, here goes:

I have the chance to get a powercommander off of an '03 RC51 for what I would consider to be a very good price. BUT, I have just picked up a '00 RC with some MORIWAKI high mounts on her.

Will this powercommander (off an '03) be compatible with my '00?

Thanks in advance for your help.

So here's a question to piggy back off that one. If I have a sp-2 can I use a sp-1 map for a moriwaki high mount exhaust? I really don't see why not since it's the same engine but I'm pretty sure the answer to my question is gonna be use a sp-2 map. Thanks in advance.

ECU and throttle bodies are different between SP1/SP2. Use the correct map for your version, no matter which pipes you have.
