Valve Prob?

Valve prob? My RC feels down on power listening to the engine rev seems to no really hum till over 4.5 to 5..5 rpms, also noticed that one exhaust is much hotter than the other! Even if I only have it running for a minute or so. the left muffler is cool, and warm inside, but the right muffler is already really hot! I have a PCIII with a map that I believe to be good enough, akra slip-ons, pair removed K&N filters and bike has 18,000 miles on it. Got the bike with 15,000. Any ideas?

This is common. The right exhaust does tend to run a bit warmer than the right.
This is because the right exhaust has a straighter shot while the left has twists and turns up to and after the mid-pipe joint.

thinking of grabbing as many random 2.25" exhaust pipes and cutting them at angles that are needed to make a dual exhaust with small gp cans that just peak out from under the tail. The under tail would be removed and heat resistance placed between the pipes/ mufflers and tail/ tail frame. Wondering if I have a couple of bends welded together would it be worse than one long pipe that was mandrel bent to the perfect shape?
