Dyno Day at Schnitz

I took the 06 down to Schnitz racing to get a custom map installed to the PCV. The bike doesn't have alot of Mods, Flapper hose plugged and Ladybird oval low mounts and the PCV. Bike has alot more snap on the Levi's computer and Ryan got rid of a nasty surge at 3000 RPM.

Doesn't make alot of high horsepower but I'm happy with it. 118.33 HP with 69.22 torque.

Why didn't you do the soft-rev mod??? That could have easily been 4-8more hp

You do realize that no other region spec ECU of the SP1 or SP2 outside of the USA has the soft-limiter imposed on it right?

Yes I do know about the soft limiter. I'm fine at 118. To be honest I forgot about it and that's more than enough HP for me. Mainly wanted the dyno map to smooth a few lean spots out and couldn't find any ladybird maps.

Nice.

Fresh plugs and air filters were done after you picked up that low mileage queen, right? Heck, the engine is hardly even broken in yet - she's got a little more in her!

Did Schnitz also have SAE numbers available btw?

'02 Silver/Black CBR 954RR
'11 Graphite Black CBR 1000RR (sold '15)

How does one get a good custom map with A/F use/reading if the PAIR is still on the bike?

118 at the soft rev limit is a good number. Enjoy the bike!
