Cooling System Flush?

I run deionized water with water wetter. Should I flush my system annually?

Every two years should be adequate. I wouldn't bother changing it out EVERY year unless you are racking up HUGE commuter-like mileage each season...

If you drain all the coolant out of your engine and radiators, you can then fill with waterless coolant, which will last the life of the bike.

Or, until your mechanical seals give out in the water pump assy....I change mine every couple just cause I have nothing else to do

When I run out of crap to buy or am in the moment of satisfaction of the bike in its current state...I regress to unnecessary maintenance.

That being said, if you are bored and it has been minute- go for it. You can clean stuff while you are in there which will add another hour to a relatively simple process. (which is also another hour away from household 6)

In which case Evans says to drain the existing coolant into a clean container, fix/replace the water pump.
Then re-use the drained coolant and top up what's needed.
