New HRC President

HRC introduced Yoshishige Nomura as it's new President to take the reins from outgoing President, Tetsuo Suzuki.

So what's Mr. Nomura's credentials?
Mr. Nomura, began his career in Honda R&D engine design in 1985, working on the NR750, RC30 and RC45, then moved to HRC in 1994, where he spent 8 years as the Engine Project Leader of the RVF and RVT, and also worked on the RC211V as Engine Technical manager.

That's right. He was the Engine Project Leader of the RC51 (RVT) engine development, amongst the other incredible engines of the other bikes.

So Mr. Nomura is one of our founding fathers- in a sense- AND president of HRC. That's pretty cool to know!
Anyone have a YN xxx scribed on their engine cases?

It would be kinda cool to see a new RC51 come out, but I kinda like it the way it was.

Over the past 15 years of riding, every bike I've owned has been to prepare me for a RC51

Interesting news, if I did catch this just today.
Hehe, we've had two visits from Honda Japan at our shop in the last few years: one was a "Suzuki-san", the other a "Kubota-san".

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound
