2011 Dealer Expo

Just left the Powersports Dealer Expo in Indy. There were a whole lot of distributors and manufacturers there but the dealer traffic was low.

I tried on and like the Nexx helmets. They have a Cafe Racer model that fit well and was very light weight!

Anyway, this years show was rather quiet and it looks like the economy took a big bite out of this show.

GoPro 3D was cool, they had a very nice display. (requires two cameras)

Anyway, a lot of cool gadgets and designs coming soon....

Guys! ! !

How did we not connect while we were all there!?!?!?!?

From the vendors we stopped at, they all said traffic was up, but the aisles weren't clogged with people. I think many companies have realized the economic conditions are here to stay and have made adjustments as such.

Some great dealer specials I'll be hopping onto as well!

The highlight for me was the visor wiper.

A friend of mine has an awesome product better than GoPro IMHO... ReplyXD.

I was not aware anyone was making the trip or for sure would have met up.
You may just see mine there next year.(after I get her in shape...) Some friends of mine offer warehousing/pick/ship services for some manufacturers out of Indy. They have some really good leads for additional business.

What did you think of Indy...other than all of the damn Superbowl construction that is going on...

It will be real nice for the night before the MotoGP down Meridian Street.....fresh new pavement, sidewalks....thousands of bikes!

Did you visit Nexx helmets? They seem pretty decent and have surpassed OGK as the lightest helmet, European approved. They have a nice Cafe Racer model Red w/ checkers....
