I've been building sampling dishes lately.
Beemster classic cheese, smoked gouda cheese, pickled pepperocinis, fresh radishes and two types of crackers.
Fresh toasted garlic bread with added chopped fresh Italian parsley.
Escargot with herb butter and toasted bun strips.
Fresh garden cucumber with pepper, salt and vinegar plus fresh garden cherry tomatoes.
Prosciutto with fresh baked cheese biscuits and herb butter.
Fresh garden Chinese bok choy and cherry tomatoes. I added a bit of salad dressing for a salad. Many people don't realize that a number of Chinese greens can be eaten raw.
Fresh garden salad. This one had no lettuce, instead two types of Chinese greens, onions and stalks, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, ground 4 peppercorn, salt, premium herb olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette and cashews. All the vegetables were fresh from the garden.
