@budoka , here's the recipe I use for my guacamole off of; it has over 4K reviews and is rated 4.8 stars out of five, so it caught my eye . Even if I don't have all the ingredients I'll riff a bit. Highly recommended. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/14231/guacamole/

I'm still enjoying some good fresh corn.

Fresh Caesar salad.

Cheers and have a great weekend.

I've been building sampling dishes lately.

Beemster classic cheese, smoked gouda cheese, pickled pepperocinis, fresh radishes and two types of crackers.

Fresh toasted garlic bread with added chopped fresh Italian parsley.

Escargot with herb butter and toasted bun strips.

Fresh garden cucumber with pepper, salt and vinegar plus fresh garden cherry tomatoes.

Prosciutto with fresh baked cheese biscuits and herb butter.

Fresh garden Chinese bok choy and cherry tomatoes. I added a bit of salad dressing for a salad. Many people don't realize that a number of Chinese greens can be eaten raw.

Fresh garden salad. This one had no lettuce, instead two types of Chinese greens, onions and stalks, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, ground 4 peppercorn, salt, premium herb olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette and cashews. All the vegetables were fresh from the garden.

Fresh cherries.

Enjoy and have a great weekend.

For the meat lovers! I recently did another BBQ beef back ribs grill, 5 hrs low and slow. Here they are mid cook (with dry rub spice).

After after adding the BBQ sauce; it's saucy... and ready to eat.

A single rib here.

A single rib I cut cold from the fridge.

Cheers and enjoy the weekend.

Raw ahi tuna poke with added fresh garden onion stalk, fresh avocado and sesame seeds.

Here is another plate similarly done. I added some chopped white leek onion from the garden this time with the stalk.

It was also great with some roasted (unsalted) cashews added.

Have a great weekend.
