What the difference between the two fuel tank for the sp1 and sp2

Apart from cosmetics, the SP2 tank didn't have the leak problems some early SP1 tanks had.
The '02 tank should look identical to the 00'-01' since those three bikes look identical color-wise (US models of course).

The '03 tank has some slight differences with the hawk feathers compared to the graphics of the '02 tank/lower cowls. Enough that it may not match perfectly.
Enough to where they might not match perfectly.

Ok, will the sp2 tank fit on a sp1 without an problems

over here in the UK the only change between tanks was where the tank was sculpted more on the sp2 so you could tuck your knees in better it was designed around Colin in wsb, over all very hard to tell from pics you would want to sit on each bike back to back...will they interchange ? i am lead to believe they will but that needs to be seconded by some one with knowledge of doing the exchanged
