PAIR plate seal?

Im putting Kyle block off plates on my bike right now for the PAIR system, do they need some sort of sealant on them, or just bolt the plates on? Thanks

Use a thin bead of RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone sealant around the edge and holes of the the block off plate.
Follow the directions on the box for correct application.

Not hot enough to worry with RTV silicone sealer.
You'll have 3rd degree burns before that stuff starts having problems.
The stuff I used was good from -75 to 500 deg F.

Use the high temp red silicone and you will be fine.
