How to fix bad LED undertail light?

I have a Hotbodies undertail that I installed a while ago, but now the left rear red LED's do not glow brighter when the brakes are applied. All the other LED's, including the yellow signal and right rear lights work fine. I have verified all wiring and everything is ok. Anyone know how to fix the LED's or know where to buy a new set. I have tried Hotbodies, but no response. It would be better to repair/ replace the left one with the exact same, as they need to match. If not a replacement for both, but brighter would be great. Any help would be great.

Lean it over a bit more and twist it. Niiice.

The only possibilities I know of are:
1) Locate a company that sells various LED lighting components and hopefully they will have replacement integrated units in the diameter range used by Hotbodies.
Then you can remove and replace the existing ones.
2) Replace the undertail.

As a thought, check your connections for the affected LEDs.
They may have oxidation/poor connection and not allowing as much current flow.
