Smile My SP2 Projekt - Carbon Parts building by my own and Engine Worx

Hi Guys,
after a few years ago, my SP2 standing around in my Workshop, now I am motivate to build my SP2 Projekt.
Engine Work:
- Cycle Head Airintake
- raising the Compression - while removing one layer of the Gasket
still outstanding:
- Air Intake Hopper (is it the right word?)
- Bazzaz

Exhust:
Shark Track complete

Carbon Worx

Ram Air Tube - I Build one of my one - no Problems with the Fork

Airbox:
I want to build a Airbox without density Problems.
It is a mixture of Kind concept from Master Durbahn and HRC.
It is Outstanding but at the Moment i am building the first time - Model

about my dream!
since a few time, i dreamed about an electryfied Rotation Compressor.
A Friend of my (flightengine Ingnieur) calculated an Rotation Compressor for
me, we are the opinion, that it ist better to build 1 compressor per Zylinder.
The biggest Problem is the Power what the electric Motor need for the compressor. We think about 2000 Watt / Compressor. The Dependence is by 10.000 rpm by 0,3 bar overblow. I hope i find the motiviation the realisation

regards Mario

Hello and welcome holyhax - I too am pursuing composite fabrication.
I have acquired the Turn1 molds and have several other composite projects underway.

Please provide us more detailed pictures, and I look forward to many more updates from this build.

Very interesting.... specs please.... inside photos with T.B's mounted ??

Fits with OEM tank ?? More information is needed.

Looks good though ! Are you wet laying or vacuum bagging ??

Thanks a lot Guys,
thanks a lot for your feedback,
i had made wet layed , the original Tank should be fit. I donīt know how the tolerance of the Tank underside is. I musst test the box with another tank as my own. Perhabs i have to make some changes by the box. Inside the box also a lot of work nessesary. I want to build an Aircleaner with high qualitiy. Also i must think about the Airstream in the area of the induction funnel.
