I have one. I just haven't installed it yet.
Seems sturdy enough though.

I have one.

It's true, the side stand switch won't work, but it is very sturdy and works like a charm. Easy to adjust to get a decent angle with Ohlins shock and DK suspension link.

Just try not to start it in gear when you're not sitting on the bike.

Not really, I made a super secret (hidden) kill switch on that circuit and have beat the habit of neutral kickstand up before starting into my head since forever.

It is a sweet part and adjustable for the kyle link.

Once when they were still newish - I rode a Ducati 900SS Supersport as a demonstrator... As I filled it up at a gas station and tried to start it, the damn thing nearly rode off on it's own... I saved it, but side stands without a switch gave me 'mares since.

So when I fitted my suspension mods - I just extended my side stand... job done.

Hopefully with the Ohlins forks the ride height won't change much - I kinda doubt it'll be much different really.... If significantly higher than now, I can drop the forks through the yokes a tad I guess...

Extending the side stand is easy peasy with some cutting, welding & grinding gear - and a suitable old sawn off bolt + a bit of rattle can black. Cheap to do too.
