Hydrogen RC51

I have been thinking of experimenting with using hydrogen to gain horse power and fuel mileage in my vehicles. This might include my RC51. The thought of maybe 160HP and maybe 50 MPG with little of nothing invested sounds REALLY interesting.

Anyone done any thinking along this line?

I'm no engineer, but what is your plan to utilize hydrogen???

I know hydrogen fuel cell cars has been something in the works, but those are very complex "fuel efficient" vehicles to reduce petrol consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.

Well, I'm not into making something that runs 100% on Hydrogen, but that is a thought for later.

From what I have been gathering, it's really not that complicated.

But how do you use it?
Throw it in the fuel tank?
In what application is it used?

Well, destroying large German zeppelins, for one.

Well...after that video I must ask...what is your plan?

Honda has spent Millions on the FCX Clarity and it still hasn't launched worldwide...not sure if a bottle with some wires is going to do the trick.

Again, I'm no engineer so I will stay tuned to this thread if you make it work.

From what I gather so far, you can add this set up to a motor and use it in conjunction with gas to get better fuel mileage and horsepower, or try to run on straight Hygrogen (but you won't be going 130 MPH....more like 30).
