Question Front wheel replacement

Hello.

Does anybody know if I can replace the front rim of a SP2 for another model? maybe CBR 1000 or 954? or another.
My front wheel is vibrating ( I saw it when I was riding and got up on the footpegs, the wheel oscillated laterally) and felt a weird vibration on the handle bars, I thougth it was normal, because the engine vibration of the pistons, but I rode a Ducati 1098 and did not feel any extrange vibration.
My front wheel is not balanced, but the vibration is left to rigth, not up and down

Rc 51 were not sold in Mexico , so the Honda dealer can't sell it.

ThanksĦĦ

I know SP1 and SP2 are interchangeable....warped rotors, worn bearings could help contribute to this.
