SP1 cans on Sato SP2 mid pipes...possible?

Is it possible to mount Ti-Force slip on cans made for the SP1 onto the Sato mid pipes on my SP2? Or do the mid pipes have different diameters? Thanks!

If the diameter of the Sato midpipes matches the diameter of the slip on, then yes. I have an SP1, Scorpion Pipes and SP2 (2") midpipes. Took a bit of cutting/grinding/bending to fit the SP2 midpipes onto my SP1, but it went on.

Yea, I figured it would work if the two diameters matched up, but they seem to be off by a good 6-7 mm. Anyone know the thickness of the mid pipe tubing? Would that make up the difference of the 6-7 mm? Thanks.

You can get an adapter made out of aluminum that will fill the difference. I would get a set of cans from Simon Kobe over on speedzilla or eBay (simonkobejapan is his eBay seller name). He also sells adapters, but would need to know what size you need them.
