Ladybird exhaust sleeve diameter

Im looking to get some replacement sleeves for my Ladybird exhaust cans.

I have the choice between 114 or 112 mm diameter (round) - which will fit the oval.

But my measurements says 359mm around the original sleeve, minus about 0,5mm thickness, leaves me a 113,2mm - right between the two.

Anyone fitted new sleeves, and can chime in on the size needed?

Yeah for the HRC setup. Nothing wrong with them, just never was a fan of titanium sleeves. So thought swapping them would be a nice little project

Well, if anything a HRC replica exhaust deserves it :-)

Let me know if you ever do some sheet titanium fairings - that would look cool :-)

I had Carbon sleeves on my real HRC exhaust and changed to titanium.
Why? - because I got tired of the wadding burning away then the sleeve discoloring and eventually going soft (because I didn't re-pack). Life has been easier with titanium. No plans to go back to original carbon.

Did you find sleeves that fitted?

I'm looking to go carbon on my Ladybird HRC rep, I could go Akrapovic (already got them) but would mean swaging the pipes out to 60mm on a brand new exhaust, and the welds are pretty close so high risk of cracking a weld. Alternative would be to weld a swaged section on the end, but again new exhaust; so reluctant to do this. Best option carbon sleeves for the cans.

I havent ordered them yet. But the best fit Ive found are from PJ Engineering in the UK.
They have tubes that are 114mm inside diameter, and they are using pre preg that have been autoclaved and have high temp clear resin

Brilliant, they are only 50 miles up the road from me. Will pop in next week with the cans and see if something can be worked out.

Thanks.
