removed EVAP, PAIR and did flapper mod all at once, question

Hey guys, I so wanted to get a bunch of stuff today while out there in the nasty heat. I bought a Cali bike here in AZ. I started with just doing the flapper mod but then decided to take it all off. So I removed the EVAP system, flapper (IA system?) and the PAIR system.

I think it went well but I have a couple questions:

1. As pointed out elsewhere, there's a 3/8" hose coming off the throttle bodies going forward. I just cap off this vacuum line? That's what I did.
2. There's a hose coming out of the top right of the engine cover (is that what it's called?). Just cap that off too? See below.
3. For the PAIR removal I just capped off the holes on the PAIR check valve covers per, I believe it was kwtoxman? I didn't plan on doing this today so didn't have proper vacuum caps. Just curious how much air pressure is sucked in here if any?

Thanks!

I believe the hose coming out of the right side engine cover by the water pump is to let you know if the water pump seal is failing. You will see your coolant dripping out if its getting past the seal. You don't want to cap it.

Thanks Btopp. That makes sense.

Wibbly's post seems to have been deleted but I believe I left the crankcase breather system fully intact. I'll be double-checking all this again when I'm rested and there's more light. My seat's also out getting modded as well as I'll be sending my headers to be coated by Jet-Hot, so I don't think I'll be able to ride for at least 2 and a half weeks anyway.

Since I have the airbox off, is there anything else I should do while I'm in there? Bike has 20,500 miles and sadly I don't know if the valve clearance was ever checked. I haven't yet looked that up to see how hard that might be.

How much did Jet-Hot quote you to do the headers? Just curious.

$250 total, that includes shipping back. This is for their least expensive standard "color" coating: Extreme 1300 Classic Polish.

Yes, that's the default method unless there's some reason not to.

Outside only isn't good , the outside of the pipes are cooler , but the inside is hotter than before , it fatigues the metal and they can fracture. Some places won't do the inside of a used pipe , some just don't do the inside because people don't know any better.
