Completely Stock, 2005 RC51 in Pacific NW

Excellent condition, completely stock except for the double bubble windscreen, 2005 RC51 with 11K miles for sale in Portland Oregon. The bike looks, runs and rides fantastically. Never been down or tipped over or anything else. Flapper valve mod done but can be undone in < 30 seconds if you want exactly stock. Beautiful condition and shows little signs of wear. The worst I can say is that there is a very small and very shallow dent on the right exhaust that is probably where someone opened a car door against it (see photo). I like my bikes to be perfect, but never did anything about this because it is hardly noticeable. Fresh oil, good tires, the bike is ready to go. Comes with rear seat. $6500 ONO. Hold out a bit longer, your price is in the ball park. someone will snatch this bike up. I just picked up a 06 and paid out the rear end for it but it was worth every penny of it to me. not many black ones around for sale and if there is they are more than what your asking.. good luck.

Long winter/slow economy price cut to $6K. A great deal on a beautiful, strong-running, unmolested SP2.

I bought my '05 with a very few mods and 4k miles last year for $6250.00. A friend bought his '06 a couple months later 100% stock for $7k range and 3k miles. I feel it's a touch high due to mileage but overall condition can reward you still. I'd stay where you are unless no one bites on it soon.

See, that's a perfect example of limiting yourself due to your own thinking. Why assume that you should only have one RC51? It sets artifical limitations on your own happiness! If having one RC51 is good, then having two is better! It's just simple logic... OK, I'll shut up now...

It's very early in the selling season. Unless you need the cash now, everyday we start to see of sun, raises the price.
Tomorrow is my ride groups annual season opener ride, BBQ, bike wash and maintenance event, just west of Portland. I expect 30-60 people and will mention your local bike for sale. I know of at least 3 riders tomorrow have RC51's and a few VFR rider's too. Someone may be interested.
