2004 Honda RC-51 Hayden Edition with 4412 miles on it. Sato low mounts with orig. pipes included, new battery, all fluids recently flushed (coolent, brake, clutch), oil changed every 1k miles, mich. pilot pwr's, hotbodies undertail, power commander, NEVER been down or in rain (fair weather rider ). Orig sticker kit not installed but comes with. Hayden autographed pass seat cover...not a sticker like the tank, the real thing. Pitbull center stand...basically perfect condition. Asking $11,900.00...please, if you can't afford it or don't approve of the price, keep it to yourself. That is the "asking" price. I will entertain any and all proper offers. Pics soon to follow...Thanks. The bike will be at Americade in Lake George, NY next week if anyone is interested in seeing it.
I'll top that offer with $600 cash, 4-14" steel '00 Focus rims, one LS tailight from a '92 Supercoupe, $6,000 in confederate currency, one antique diving helmet, (with a small hole) and the promised loot from a Ugandan prince I'm supposed to hold.
What kind of toys are you after? I could sell you my kids Nintendo Wii. It comes with Wii Sports and a Dora The Explorer game. You can have the lot for $2000 shipped.
lol. Easy now, just poking a little fun. No need for the name calling. It's all in good taste. I like the Turbo Cayenne though. Very nice. My friend bought one, for his wife. GT3 is a great car too. I see a lot of them being purchased by older men who are trying to compensate for something they are lacking in the trouser department. But good luck with that, I hope it all works out for you. If you change your mind, the Wii is still for sale. Thursday bump...$1999.
too funny losers in less than a half an hour...you see them being purchased?? u must be a car wash attendent or a car salesman...fun life. only you should know dave...
Sorry mate, you have shown your hand. You stoop to name calling because you can't handle banter, you brag about what you have and what you are getting. You also try to ridicule people's professions. I highly doubt an educated and successful man would behave in this manner.
Dr, just face it man, your bike is not going to sell for what you're asking....oh, sorry that's right its OBO. Evenmore so now with the attitude. Sense money is no issue for you part it for half the going rate and help the rest of us out. I also agree with cwpSP1 in regards to your behaviour.
But enough childish bickering... I'm going for a ride in my Bentley
I suppose I can keep this thread alive and help the good Doctor try and sell his bike. Personally I hope he gets as much as he can for it. Its a great bike and we all love ours otherwise we would not be lurking here and probably be on some porn site Ok I guess we can do both
My question is (having the same 2004 NH special Ed is how many did they make each year and were all the 2004's a NH special or just some % of the production? I am surprised nobody asked this question here before
If the answer is a relatively small run % compared to all other years then I would suspect it to be more "valuable" than other years.
No they are not really rare or limited.Every 2004 RC51 is a Nicky Hayden Edition.Yes, only 2004 had the Nicky Hayden edition.....but literally every RC51 made in 2004 was the Nicky Hayden edition. It's more like the Nicky Hayden year instead of edition. It was just a paint scheme and polished frame they changed for 2004.....everything else is the same. So figure out how many RC51's were produced in 2004 and that is how many Hayden edition's were made.
According to a good bit of research I've done, 5000 were made. It was the same amount every year, all 6 years, for US.
What I'm wondering about '04's is, did every tank have the NH signature too?
Damn Doc, that's one hell of a deal, I'm considering it. I'd love to have another mint one as a spare.........................unfortunately my "play" money was loaned to my kid as a "bailout", I'd have to get approval from the CFO of the household to approve using our equity line as a toy loan for something I already have. I will let you know. BTW, what town in Illinois so I can figure fuel cost in my diesel pickup?
I've got to sell it as, "gee I'd be set for bikes for a long while"
John, you may want to take another look at post #1. This 04 is in NY.
