Newbie seeks ADVICE and HELP...asap PLEASE

Greetings to all. Longtime motorcyclist seeking to buy a RC51. I want to ride around the twisties, such as they are here, enjoy the marque, do a track day or two..
I've been looking and there are two seemingly comparable bikes for sale, price is the same. I am not going to be able to see either in person before purchase but have talked with each owner yesterday and established they're seemingly trustworthy bike guys.

If I may set that issue aside, ADVICE and HELP sought:
BIKE 1: Has about 7000 miles on it.
2003 Honda Rc51
Soto Carbon Fiber Exhaust (w/titanium hangers)
Power Commander IIIr (w/Dankyle map for Soto exhaust)
Speedometer recalibration unit (corrects speedo to accurate reading)
Custom undertail (with LED tail lights/turn signals)
Ohlins adjustable rear shock
Ohlins 30mm front fork conversion (fully adjustable)
Scotts Stainless Steel oil filter (reusable)
Powdercoat wheels(viper red)
Radiator Shark Fin air deflectors
Amsoil 10-40 Full synthetic oil - changed at 6,000mi
NGK spark plugs changed at 6,000mi
Coolant changed end of 2012
new battery 2013
Exhaust packing checked at 6,500mi (no apparent deterioration)
Clear paint protection on gas tank, front fairing, front fender
Double Bubble smoked windscreen
15 tooth front sprocket(16 tooth factory)
Headlight covers
Honda Owners Manual

BIKE 2: Has about 16,000 miles on it.
2004 Honda RC51
Nicky Hayden Version WITH high Mount Exhaust. Its in VERY GOOD condition. NEW TIRES, NEW BATTERY. V-twin power, sato exhaust, CRG levers. Almost anything that can be done to a RC51 has been done and done right. CRG LEVERS SMOKED WINDSCREEN DOUBLE BUBBLE BMC AIR FILTERS HOT BODIES UNDER TAILS POWER COMMANDER FLUSH MOUNT TURN SIGNALS SATO BANZI HIGH MOUNT EXHAUST GEL GRIPS H7 SUPER WHITE LIGHT BULBS NEW BATTERY CORBIN SEAT FLAPPER VALVE MOD DONE PAR SYSTEM REMOVED WITH PLATE INSTALLED

Please ignore the ALL CAPS in the ads - I've copied and pasted with minor editing only...

I am trying to make a decision TODAY, so I can purchase tomorrow...
I can't post pics yet (not enough posts, but I am working on that too...)

Thanks to Wibbly and jondog9. As someone who is 6'1" and 210 I figured the suspension mods were a good thing...
My current bike is a Ducati (heresy I know - please forgive me - LOL). But the Multistrada can change the suspension settings, amongst other items, remarkably easily.
Sorry I can't post pics yet. The 04 does look good - with its polished aluminum frame and the upswept pipes BUT I do think Bike 1 has been probably babied more, has less miles and the suspension mods.

Next step is transportation - anyone with experience with Federal Motorcycle Company?
