Replacement Ohlins axle washer

The forks I bought were missing the original washer that goes between the axle bolt and the right fork leg. NLA available from Ohlins, so I had one made for myself and decided to ask for a few more in case others were in the same predicament. I can finish it a few different ways if you wish: raw machined, sanded to a satin finish (shown below), bead blasted, or polished. 38mm OD, 2.8mm thick. $20 shipped

I have a Ti64 axle and bolt, which looks like the picture Larry posted above. I do have the OEM bolt like yours someplace but never noticed the difference in diameter of the flange.

the fg322 have a different setup than the fg832, so not all people with ohlins forks will have this washer.

if you have the 832s (with the axial mounting system for the caliper brackets) then this applies. if you have the 322 (with the radial mounting system for the caliper brackets) then this does not.

I have the FG322 which has an OEM bolt with flange that would negate the need for this washer; however, I'm using an aftermarket bolt that has a smaller flange so this washer may still prove useful until/unless I have a different aftermarket bolt machined.
