wtb plastic chaain slider

wtb plastic chain slider. that goes around the swing arm. i have an sp2.
are the ones from an sp1 interchangable?

my dealer wants $65. i found one online for $40. got a link for the $34 price.

Well I checked, and they went up $5 since yesterday. Jeez.
Now they're $39.81 (aka $40).

There's nothing wrong with being frugal in today's times.
That allows you to bank coin and save for other things.

my local honda dealer matched the internet price at $39. now if i could just figure out how to put it on!

Unfortunately, it usually involves removal of the swingarm, which requires some special tools to remove the swingarm nuts.

cheat..

think i figured it out SS.. im goin to cut it in half and slip the pieces in between the chain and swingarm. don't see any reason that it wont work. saves havin to remove fairings, etc and i'm certainly NOT up to takin the swingarm off!
