Rear seat cover and latch mechanism

Well I need the locking mechanism that would hold seat/seat cover in the rear and a black cover or seat. Somehow the bolt loosened on me and the cover and all the latching parts were lost on the freeway. Basically looking for everything after the cable that would make up the latching system (if that makes sense). Thanks in advance!
Cell might be easier.

I have one black seat cover with silver decals in near new condition. It has one tiny dimple on it where I put the wrong screw in the back and it begun to push through the plastic. I stopped as soon as it started. Brand new, never even ridden on a bike with... from this machine.

Be sure to use Loctite on the bolt when you fit the replacement. I had the same thing happen a long time ago too...
