You will need to get a sleeve made for the back of the engine. PM me your email and I will send you my CAD drawing for it. Should cost about 15-20 from a local machine shop.

I trawled for the conversion parts for ages, and ended up getting the parts I needed from David Silver.

Parts required are:
1 x 52109MCFD30 - BOLT.L PIVOT ADJ *P (9.50) - 9.50
1 x 52108MCFD30 - BOLT.R PIVOT ADJ *P (8.86) - 8.86
1 x 52101MCFD30 - BOLT.SWINGARM PIV *P (30.71) - 30.71
1 x 90306MCSG00 - NUT.U.18MM *D (7.44) - 7.44
1 x 52142MCFD30 - COLLAR.PIVOT DIST *P (7.17) - 7.17
1 x 90401KZ4890 - WASHER.18X32X2 *G (2.16) - 2.16
1 x 52143MCFD30 - COLLAR.PIVOT DIST *P (11.53) - 11.53
Total: 77.37
Delivery: 5.85
Total inc VAT: 99.86

Hope this helps.

Dan, Pete at Ti64 has a new rear spindle & nut (Honda ones) as a pattern to make replacements. I may have a booking I don't need, so ask when he's got me booked in for and take my place.

I'll be along in a few months to ask him for some stuff made, but got too much other stuff on at the moment to be tinkering with bikes much.

Euro RC51 SP2: HRC WSB Ti Hi-Level, T1 Airbox & Snorkel, PCIII, Dymag CA5 Carbon Wheels, Ti64 Spindles (F, R & Swing Arm), Mori Link, Maxton GP7 Shock & Ohlins 832 Forks, Brembo GP Calipers & SBK narrow track (F), Braketech Disc (R), Brembo billet Underslung x 2 Brembo RCS, Tyga Triple, 7075 Stem, Probolt Titanium all over, Babyface rearsets, MR Complete Carbon Lineup, Custom Undertail & CBR 1000 LED, Watsen LED Indicators, Harris Brace, Giles clip-ons, Corbin seat, etc. 2013 BOTY.
