Watsen indy's wanted

The site said they'd post an ordering window on 7th March- I checked it every day, but now it says sometime in May- so I want to move on.

Are there any other decent alternatives that fill the fairing void?
I've looked at the large cat's-eye flush mounts; they're ok, but not what I'm after.

Also something similar for the rear.
It's got standard ones on it atm, and they have to cost you 1 or 2 mph....

Cheers, fellas
(and laydeez)
EDIT:
I've seen the Proton alternatives, and I might consider those, but I prefer the look of the Watsen ones.
I've sent Roger an email.....will report progress, although if you're clearing some used ones I'm still interested.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity

I just ordered from them. Roger was super nice to deal with. If you want a pair contact them through email and ask about a pair. It really was super easy.

Roger is super nice, but like most people running a business part time offering small batch production custom made goods, he probably gets tired of impatient or rude people that come through, which these small cosmetic items tend to attract.

My best advice to a consumer based on being a re-seller as part of my own business is be respectful, patient and cool - you'll get your winkers and they'll be worth waiting for too. Watsens are great quality stuff, no question.

If you were to be insulting via e-mail in the manner above, or as you have now done on a public forum - where you may cause damage within a company's perceived market, the owner has every right to choose to give you your money back if you have placed an order or refuse to deal with you in the first place.

Etiquette and humility can get you a lot further with hard to obtain parts.

Good point, well made, suitably chastened.
I'll amend the post.
No offence intended, frustration got the better of me.

A couple of hours after posting the "want" I found another thread on here saying that Roger responds to emails, so I sent him a request then.
I was put off by the site saying that they don't respond, and you can only order during the sales windows.

Cool.

I used plain small black universal Watsens - does require drilling into the tail cowl, but they're so tiny they're barely noticable except when in use. I've had them some 3-4 years now and they're still going strong.

I e-mailed Roger recently asking for some spares and he said they can always make these kits for our bikes as he wants to continue to support the RC51 community so you should be golden. A recent pic to show how inconspicuous these are when fitted.

And a bit closer showing the rear.
