Pricey but its you get what you pay for. Think about the cash one could layout for all titanium bits.

Ahh yes, nothing says opulence quite like gold colored items. Well, maybe it is a close tie with cars that have upholstered tops.

Hahaha tru. U must be speaking from experience. Yo hows the street fighter build goin?!? I been lookin at ur build since u posted it. That blue converted RC (Viper) is somethin fierce. Urs is sexy too tho, more RC lookin. Im doin some of the typical shit next, Lexan undertail, Ladybird replica exhaust (so far its NOT goin so well), and a custom tail fairing wit the blinkers in it like the endurance bike

Hell no, why would anyone ever buy a car with that crap on it? The only car I would consider that had that would be a classic car. Almost bought a Nova with a vinyl covered roof. The only gold stuff on the bike currently are the Ohlins shock and scotts damper. If time and money permit, that will change as I'll have them torn down and anodized black. The forks are also the stock bronze color, which I may do something about, but it doesn't bother me as much as the gold.

The project is kind of on hold for a while. I'm trying to pay down some debt this year in preparation for buying a house. I'm also still helping my wife out with paying for college for the next year. I'm also saving for a tig welder at the moment, since I can almost buy a welder for what a custom sub frame and undertail exhaust will cost me. And who the hell doesn't want a tig welder? The problem is that the one I want is about $1700. I also need a new truck.

So yeah, lots of stuff going on. The bike is ride-able and has been a blast recently.

I'm always right.
