This time of year up to about July the pricing is always high....watch 'em drop come October...which coincidentally is when I usually buy.

RC51's are holding their prices in all markets. Japan, for example - they haven't really gone down since I bought mine.

Here SP1's are worth quite a lot less than SP2's here which is typically a Japanese trend. They always pay more for the last models.

They will eventually be worth more than they are now. It's just a matter of time I think.
But then my opinion isn't unbiassed so take it with a pinch of salt.

Hey Stig, so give us some ads, on prices being asked for on the SP-1, SP-2, N.H 2004, and the Blk 2005-06? To give us an idea- what our investments are worth -on the world market...
The reason i ask- I was looking at another 2006, and it was sold- to buyer- who came from down under, and had it air-mailed back from Altanta GA.USA

Big bikes are rarer in Japan than other countries, but whilst stuff like Fireblades are relatively cheaper, RC's hold their value.

Here's some dealer examples (There isn't really much of a private market in Japan).
