Hmmm... I wonder if that's a member here. We used to have a member from Murrieta, don't remember who...

The seller is downright confusing in his description.
"will fit Sp2 with swingarm and header from Sp1"
"Honda RC51 Sato Banzai High Mount Carbon Fiber Titanium Exhaust SP1 SP2 Hanger"

Dude, does it fit SP1 or SP2?
Who the F has ever put a SP1 swinger on their SP2 frame?

I wonder WTF he just doesn't say _Fitment is for SP1_

And correct me if I'm wrong but the brackets to a banzai setup are not bent like that either

LOL, but the exhaust ports on the SP2 are different than on the SP1, no? Or are the mounting holes and gaskets exactly the same? Something makes me think not.

<edit> and the like new mufflers have rash. I don't think companies would sell too many pre-rashed systems if people had a choice.

The actual port size & gaskets etc are the same on both models. The SP2 has a D-shaped interior ridge, but any full exhaust or OEM header for any year RC51 will bolt up to the head with no problem.

That doesn't automatically mean the routing of such exhaust will clear the swingarm of a different model, but it will fit the engine.

You are correct...considering I just sold the exact same system with ZERO rash, damage or dings for $50 more.

But that was a forum special price...I could have asked for more but to be honest I'm a firm believer in what goes around comes around.

I'm happy, James is happy and that's just good business.

I wouldn't be surprised to see that set go for something like 500-700, but 900 is just insane. I sold mine for something like 950 or 975 and they had some small dings but no rash like that shit.

I'm always right.

That's not rash guys. Please!
The seller says that's- 'showing signs of wear'.
