Basically, if bidding - bid for the mids only. If they aren't yet, these silencers soon would be worthless junk. No point in even mapping for them.

I realise that, just pointing out to others not to bid more than they'd want to pay for a pair of mids (& the extra costs of postage for that junk)!

Maybe ask the seller to bin the silencers and only send out the mids if buying!
