Did you almost eat it right at the beginning of the video in the pits when you put your foot down?
Cresson is a really fun track. My first trackday was there too. Ridesmart is a good group of guys (at least they were when I was there, I'm sure the same guys are running things). They also have a lot of good videos on youtube. At cresson you really need to watch the seams and cross them at a decent angle to keep your front tire from catching the groove and following it. Looked like you were doing a good job of that and your lines looked good.
I kept telling the computer screen to downshift. You should be in second gear when you go through rattlesnake (the tight right-left after the front straight). Also, try to be smoother on the gas. Right after rattlesnake at 4:30 in the video, you chop and apply the throttle a couple times. If you are in a higher gear, the on/off of the throttle isn't as abrupt. I've found that it is easier to use the clutch to adjust speed than shutting the throttle and opening it.
All in all that isn't bad at all for your first day.
