Hey all, new here

Hello, Names Scott. I'm new here and posting up to say howdy. I just picked up a super clean 2005 RC51 with 13,770 miles. Not new to motorcycles just new to the V-twin sport bikes. Last bike was an R1, before that was a 750 Katana. I have a few hobbies and Thay most all have to do with wheels or a motor. I have a few Jet Skis tucked away in the shop along with my sons Kawasaki dirt bike and his off road go-cart. I also have an old 200x Honda 3 wheeler that's getting an over haul right now. Also have a '69 Chevelle nestled between the RC and the jet skis. I probably won't post much. I don't have Internet at my house in the country. All I have is my phone and it's not the easiest to get around on. Thats enough rambling from me. Ive got some reading and learning to do.

Hey Scott! Welcome to the forum. I went to high school in Stover MO. About 150 miles south of Kansas City. Where is that in relation to you? Good job on getting that RC51. 13000+ is still a young bike in some cases. You're gonna love the performance of this bike, gauranteed. And glad to hear you have a couple jetski's. I've been running standups for a long time now, and finally settled with the Yamaha Superjet as my favorite. Although the newer Kawi's are probably the best standup out there now.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

John, Stover is only about 40 minutes due west from me. I go there a couple times a year for the Big Boys Gun Show. One is going on this weekend. As fir skis my wife has an old Kawi 440 hull with a 550 motor. I have an X2 that's getting the 750 motor out of my old Kawi standup.
