Unhappy 520 chain conversion

Guys, I need some help. I just bought a 2006 RC51 and needed to replace the chain and sprocket. I purchased a 520 conversion kit that has a 15T front and a 40T rear. The chain that was provided was 104 link, and I cant get it on. Dennis Kirk is where I got it and they won't swap the chain or refund the money because it was purchased as a kit. I need to know if that will work and I am doing something wrong or what is the correct chain length for the sprocket combo.

You need to click on Forums. Then choose the appropriate one in General RC51 Forums Discussions, probably Motorcycle Modifications, and start a new thread there for your question. This is the New Members Forum, which you should also use to introduce you and your bike. Welcome and enjoy the site.

Welcome to the place mudduck9. The '05's are just plain savage looking, bring her back to that stunning style and post the pics! Welcome to you too Usmtoddj, heed Jondog's advice, you'll get more favourable responses there

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound
