Newbie with RC problems

Hey guys! I recently bought a 2003 RC from my buddy which lives in Vegas. I have rode the bike multiple times down there when I am visiting him and it ran great. I brought it back to Utah a couple of months ago and the bike will not idle and runs like shit. The mods are a Jardine 2-1 full pipe and K&N filters. I have loaded a couple of different tunes from Power Commander website and still won't idle. It constantly dies when idling at stop lights and even sometimes when i'm coasting and slowing down it will die. I'm getting really frustrated with this. My idle knob on the right side of the bike is all the way turned clockwise and still wont idle. Can somebody please help??

RC-Devil, the regulator being the issue with just the change of altitude from Vegas to Utah? I'm game to try anything, I just thought it would be in the tune?

16740-MCF-013 REGULATOR, PRESSURE - this one?

Those regulators have a bit of a reputation as being the RC's Achilles Heel. They're prone to fail at any given time. That is the correct part # AFAIK

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound

Thank you for the information. I have read multiple threads on here about the same issues my bike is having and it was the regulator. Just got done ordering it, and hopefully will have it by Friday for a weekend ride.
