Just a quick post to introduce myself.
I own a 2000 model SP1 which I bought in 2008 as a change from my other bikes. I dont really like twins having owned 3 TL1000s in the past & a 916 but didnt really like any of them particularly the TL's - slow & dull.
The SP1 was the twin least like a twin if you know what I mean as it just keeps on revving right to the limiter.
It has a few mods, full Akrapovic system, WP shock, revalved forks. Turn One airbox, PC111 with custom map & stick coils.
Its a keeper.
Hopefully I may get a few more ideas on here as I am a serial modifier though I am old enough to know better!!
Nick

I had considered the SP2 swing arm but I am unsure how it would perform with the SP1 shock etc. They also seem to have got really expensive too. I may make a new brake hanger though with a Brembo caliper if I get time.
A quickshifter will be the next thing to buy.
